34 Weeks: Bar Review!

Hi everyone! Bar review is dominating my life, so here are a few quick updates! We are 34 weeks today and spent the day at 8 hours of childbirth preparation class at Swedish Hospital on Capital Hill. We became experts on breathing and other "comfort measures," among other things. On Friday we had two families from our centering class over for a "potluck," which ended up smaller than expected but was really fun! One family is expecting their baby on August 1 so it hit home how close we are getting! That's about it on the Peanut front, below is a belly pic!

I also wanted to post a pic of this cuuuttteee handknit sweater my law school friend Rike gave us last week, along with a homemade "hooter hider" for discreet breastfeeding. Rike gave birth herself on Saturday to her son Finnegan, and we couldn't be happier for her and her husband Duncan! Also, David and Lana Natali had a baby boy (surprise!) this week, of course named David! It is a baby kind of weekend!
We have centering on Tuesday, will post an update! Love you all!

  1. That is one CUTE sweater, and that is getting to be a big belly! How big do we think Miss Peanut is? You look great, and so do the pots we made you...good job on finding time to water them!

  2. The books say she should be 4.5-5 pounds this week. But i just got an email from another mom from our centering group, she is 1 week ahead and they said her baby is 7 pounds 11 ounces (at 35 weeks!). So who knows where Peanut is on the continuum?
