This weekend we girls piled into the car for another action-packed Portland trip. Kenley is turning into quite the road-tripper! She was great both ways, and only cried briefly when we were stopped in bumper-to-bumper traffic at Fort Lewis...but who can blame her? Here is Kenley and Rachel all dressed up for the fancy party! Great Grandma and Great Grandpa looking dashing, too! Kenley loved seeing her aunts and uncles again! Hi Aunt Chris! Meeting Cousin Amie for the first time...sorry we missed your wedding, Cousin Amie! I was TOO little! Welcome to the family, Jared! Is that a little twinkle in your eye? Aunt Lucy let Kenley attack this Christmas tree! She loved it! Kenley's first dance floor...passed out, but still loving it! Thanks for my own personal recording of "Do, Re, Mi," Amie!

Christmas is here!!! We drove to Michal and Jason's in the morning to open presents, and then we had a great dinner with Mary and Howard. Here are some photos! Daddy and Kenley with the Youngs' Christmas tree. Happy Kenley, Grandpa Bert, and Bebe Christmas! Bebe and Grandpa got Kenley a jumperoo - she loves it already! Great Aunt Cathie made a snugglie-blankey - works great! Aunt Michal and Uncle Jason got a bumbo sitter! Gingerbread girl! Opening her stocking. Christmas pjs! Also big news for the blog - Michal got us a Flip camera! Which is a little digital camera with easy video editing software. You will be seeing high class videos on the blog shortly! Merry Christmas everyone! Tomorrow we are headed to Portland for Amie and Jared's wedding reception. Festivities abound!

On Christmas Eve, we had a fun day at Michal and Jason's eating teriyaki and getting ready for Christmas and, of course, playing with the baby. Then we had a delicious dinner at Nan and Ron's, including crab, Nan's dream come true! We had lots of fun with 3 year old Jack, Jason's nephew. Here is a video of Kenley and I - we are singing her favorite song, Do Re Mi (For some reason she looovesss the Sound of Music, don't ask us why because we don't know). Hi everyone! Bert and Beth arrived safe and sound right before the snowstorm hit DC - thank goodness! We had a fun weekend of Christmas preparation, visiting, and playing with the baby of course. Here's Kenley playing her favorite game, Yummy Toes! On Saturday, we went wedding gown shopping with Shaina, visiting from LA! She looked beautiful! Kenley and Aunt Michal decided to try out the runway at the salon. Thanks for making me this cute dress Bebe!
