Meanwhile, here's what Seattle looked like!

Kenley even had to bust out her sunglasses for our walk at Greenlake! (Ok, they were silly and we didn't wear them very long. But its a funny picture).

"Hello daddy!" Kenley loves walking at Greenlake. Little miss chatterbox decided to squeak and yell the whole time at the folks walking by, drawing more than one stare.
In news for this week, Kenley's first week at daycare was a great success! Her teachers say she did great with very little fussing. Drop offs and pick ups went smoothly, and once the teachers got into the feeding schedule, everything went just as we'd hoped. Kenley seems to love spending her days with the other babies, and has lots to say during the car ride home (squeak squeak squeak). On Friday, she was napping when I arrived to pick her up, so I spent about a half hour just observing. The three oldest babies (11-12 mos) were having a goldfish cracker snack, and I was very happy to see them all using sign language to ask for more crackers and tell Miss Bri that they were finished and ready to get down from the high chairs. After snack, they zoomed around, showing me all their favorite toys. Between all the eating, walking, and funny two front teeth, its hard to believe kenley will be like that in a few short months!
Speaking of teeth, we think kenley is either going through a growth spurt or maybe getting ready for teeth, because we have seen a ton of drool, a lot of sleeping (1-2 hour naps! wow!), and less eating than before.
Finally, Kenley tried her first non-cereal real food this weekend! First vegetable - sweet potato! Here's a video about her first munch!
