We enjoyed one of our favorite christmas traditions last night - Bellevue Botanical Garden's Christmas Lights! Kenley loved it, and stomped around with joy. The adults loved it too!

Hello everyone and happy thanksgiving! We had a fun-filled trip to Portland from Wednesday to Friday, then returned Friday night for a weekend of chores and relaxing! Here is Bebe/Co-chef! Hi everyone! We have had some crazy weather - 3 snow days! We are about to head to portland for Thanksgiving (over the river and through the woods, to grandmother's house we go...), but I wanted to post some of these pics from last week first! Michael helped chaperone a field trip to the zoo with Kenley's day care! Here are some cute shots of the stroller ride there, bus ride, animal viewing, and a passed out Kenley at the end! Other than that, we spend a lot of time inside since it has been brrrr cold out there. Here is Kenley reading her favorite book, Little Bunny Foo Foo (thanks Grandma Karin!) (upside, you'll notice). It is snowing in Seattle! Here are some pics from Kenley's first snow this year, taken as we walked to day care this morning. A fairly neutral reaction, although it is hard to tell because she's always excited to be outside! She did cry when the snow made her hands cold. Thanks to Bebe for some handy mittens!

Hi everyone! We enjoyed a couple of extra days home with Kenley this weekend thanks to veterans day! On Thursday, we played with Kenley outside in the leaves, and then Bebe and Grandpa babysat Kenley so we could get other things done. Here's Kenley jumping in the leaves! Here are Kenley and Grandpa playing telephone. "Hallo??" Kenley is suddenly interested in airplanes, and points out every single airplane that flies overhead. Since Grandpa and Daddy are interested in planes too, we decided to make a trip to the Museum of Flight. Look at all the airplanes, Grandpa! I'm gonna be a fighter pilot when I grow up! Let's go, mommy! Or maybe an astronaut! Plenty of legroom in this commercial airplane - for babies! We toured two cool planes they have at the Museum, the Concorde and Air Force One (used as Air Force One 1959-1962ish).
