We have had a few amazing days! I wanted to post some pictures of playing outside! (Not an outside pic but so funny - Here's Kenley brushing her first ponytail). Hello everyone! Happy St. Patrick's day! Kenley's day care celebrated with a treasure hunt following shamrock shaped clues left by the leprachaun, which led to a pot of andes mints and necklaces! Sweet! Then all the kids ate candy and got (fake) tattoos and had a dance party. KK seemed pretty excited about it. We had a great weekend enjoying the spring sun that finally arrived in Seattle (for a brief few hours). Here are some photos - Sitting on the potty is awesome right now. Especially because it is the only time mommy lets you play with the toilet paper. No actual action though. Saturday morning we came around the corner and found this! Then we headed off to music class (we bought a deal for three classes on a groupon-like website)! We had lots of fun playing drums, dancing with scarves, banging sticks, and playing the piano. Then we headed home to work on the garden. We put in another raised bed and planted some seeds. KK was a big help! Here she is helping daddy wit...

Hi everyone! Here are some photos from this weekend - it was VERY rainy so we had to stay inside - except for a few opportunities to put on boots with eyes and splash our hearts out in the puddles. Otherwise, off to the aquarium again - thank goodness for our annual pass! (Thank you Youngs!) (Can't figure out how to rotate this photo - imagine it turned) All Kenley wants to do is color color color (with her baby observing). It is kind of a nice break from reading, especially because it is a more independent activity! :) Not much else to report, except one shoutout - Happy Birthday to Grandma Dorothy! We love you!

Hi everyone! Kenley turned 18 months this week!! We are very proud of ourselves for making it this far. :) Sorry for the delay in blogging, our camera is on the fritz, so we had a little less inspiration to blog. Last weekend we had a great time with Aunt Mary, and celebrating Bebe's birthday. Then sent Bebe off on a business trip to Cincinatti. She is really in recovery now, and says she is going back to work - in her completely redesigned office! (Before and after photos coming soon!). After an off week and lots of sickies last week, Kenley had a great week this week. We had lots of fun and even most of her day care notes were about how good she was (which is unusual. Normally they are about how "defiant" she is). She had a lot of fun at day care learning about baking, which included two bus rides to local bakeries. She loves the bus - one day we took a bus ride to pick daddy up at work! Which reminds me, Michael started his new job this week. He is the executiv...
